Feature · Client Management (CRM)
Appointments, jobs, invoices, files, and conversations — the whole story of every customer in one place, for you and the crew on site.
The power of information
Name, email, or phone — past 100 customers, finding the needle in the haystack is the difference between a happy customer and a lost one.
Every appointment, job, invoice, quote, and subscription on the record — no digging through five apps.
Lifetime value and unpaid balances right on the card, so you know who your best customers are.
The collaborative customer hub
Contracts, documents, and pictures uploaded to the customer — working with them becomes a breeze for the whole team.
On the job, workers see the complete profile — location on the map, photos, previous visits, and every comment ever added.
Office adds a note, the crew sees it on site — no phone tag, no “nobody told me”.
The crew that remembers everything isn’t relying on memory — the customer card travels with them.
Good to know
Yes. Upload a CSV from Customers and the importer matches your own headings - name or first and last name, email, phone, address, zip code. There is no blank template to download; the page lists the headings it accepts, and you can export your current customers to CSV. Included on Essential and up.
Contact details, one address, jobs, appointments, visits, invoices, payments, estimates, uploaded files and photos, and a free-text comment - all on Essential. There is no separate property record: a customer holds a single address. Order and payment subscriptions attach to the customer on Growth.
Yes — data is scoped to your organisation with permission-controlled access, and details go only to the verified customer they belong to.
Yes — office and field staff see the same live card, with roles controlling who can change what.
Yes — what a customer has spent and how often they book are built in on Essential and up, so you can see who is worth keeping. Which advertising channel brought them is a Growth report, because that is where the campaign tracking lives.
Yes — the full customer wiki works on any phone, map and gate codes included. Included on Essential and up.
A record of something that went wrong and has to be followed to a finish — a complaint, a callback, damage on site. It holds the description, photos and files, and it stays open until somebody closes it, so the problem does not live only in one person's memory of a phone call. Included on Growth.
