Feature · Quotes, Invoicing & Follow-ups
Make it a breeze for customers to approve quotes, pay invoices, and settle balances — while automatic follow-ups do the awkward reminding for you.
Craft success
Quotes and invoices styled to fit your brand — logo, colors, and layout that look like you, not like software.
The moment a quote is created or an invoice issued, the customer gets it — for approval or payment, automatically.
Customers review, sign, and approve from their phone — no printing, no scanning, no “I’ll get to it”.
Empower finances
Collect money up front for larger projects or new customers — limit your risk before the truck rolls.
Set the terms and let them enforce themselves — with signature approval on quotes and payment terms.
Open estimates get nudged, unpaid invoices get reminded — politely, automatically, until the money lands.
Great work deserves to be paid like clockwork — the paperwork shouldn’t be the hard part.
Good to know
Yes — a quote arrives with a link to review, sign and approve from any phone, and quoting itself is on Essential and up. Sending it by email is included there; sending it by text needs Premium or Growth, because that is where your business number lives.
Card and bank payments. The customer pays straight from the invoice link, which opens without a password, on Essential and up. Paying from their own client cabinet, where balances and history sit together, is Premium and Growth.
Yes — friendly reminders go out on your schedule until the invoice is settled; you never send an awkward text again. Included on Premium and Growth.
Your company logo sits on the quote, the invoice and the PDF the customer downloads. Quotes go further: on Growth a quote design template gives the document its own header image, title and wording and can carry your customer reviews, and you can keep several and set one as primary.
On Essential and up you get Sales, Financial Summary, Services (Jobs), Services (Appointments) and Itemized Services, each over a date range you pick, each with a CSV or PDF download. Customers and Territory have no export, and there is no outstanding-balance report - Due and Overdue totals sit on the invoice list.
Yes — require a deposit at approval; the balance carries to the final invoice automatically. Included on Premium and Growth.
Yes — mark a line optional and the customer decides whether it is in. The total follows what they pick, so an upsell does not need a second quote. Included on Essential and up.
An automatic nudge on an estimate the customer has not answered yet. Three of them run off the moment the estimate is sent, on delays you set, and the important part is that they check again before each one goes out — the moment the customer approves, the rest stop. Nobody gets chased for something they already said yes to. Included on Premium and Growth.
You set how many days an invoice has before it is due, and a percentage to add once it passes. From then on the invoice carries its own deadline and its own penalty, so the awkward conversation is a line on the document rather than a phone call you have to make. Included on Premium and Growth.
