See what's in progress, what's done, and what needs a decision. Cancel what can't happen — nothing just disappears.
Who did what, and when. When a customer asks "what happened with my job?", you have the answer in front of you.
The schedule lives on your phone too — assign, move, and confirm jobs from wherever the day takes you.
The schedule isn't rows in a table — it's your crew's whole day, running on time.
Good to know
Appointments sit on a timeline scheduler with a lane per worker, and you drag one to a new time or a different worker. Jobs, visits, estimates and invoices have their own calendar view, one record type at a time, read only. Included on Essential and up.
Each worker opens their own day on their phone — statuses, photos and payments — and you can book a new appointment onto someone from anywhere. Reassigning a worker or moving an existing job is done in the browser. The app is on Essential and up; the checklists a worker ticks off are Premium and up.
Reschedule the job or swap the worker on the same record, and everyone assigned sees the new time on their own list. A date or status change writes a log line with the name and the time. Swapping the worker on its own does not write one.
Jobs run Draft, Approved, In-progress, Completed, Canceled. Appointments run Waiting, In Process, Done, On Hold, Canceled, so an appointment can be parked on hold. Each record keeps a log of who created it, edited it or changed its status, and when.
Customers get an appointment confirmation and a cancellation email, on Essential and up. A text when an appointment is booked needs Automations, on Premium and Growth. Nothing is sent when a job is moved or reassigned; workers see the change in their own list.
Yes — assign one worker or a whole crew to the same job or appointment; everyone assigned sees it on their own schedule. Included on Essential and up.
It orders one worker's appointments for a single day so the driving is shortest, using an external routing service, and you can rebuild or recalculate the route after a stop moves. A route belongs to a worker and a date; there is no vehicle to assign. Included on Essential and up.
It is one grid for the whole business: for each day of the week and each hour, whether you take bookings and how wide the arrival window is. It is not set per service. Separately, a service can be limited to its own workers' free times. Included on Premium and Growth.
