“What did we sell this week, and how much came in?”
Keep booked or invoiced sales separate from payments collected, so a busy week does not look like cash already received.
Wingman · Your business, with backupAsk about sales, bookings, unfinished work, and customer issues. Wingman brings the facts together, explains what they mean, and helps you take the next step.

A recorded ticket is open. Ask Wingman what the customer reported, then decide what to do next.
A sample of the kind of answer Wingman can assemble from your BizBaby records.
Ask in ordinary language. Wingman checks the BizBaby records your business can use, names the period and the source, and tells you when a result covers only part of the picture.
“What did we sell this week, and how much came in?”
Keep booked or invoiced sales separate from payments collected, so a busy week does not look like cash already received.
“How many appointments were done, canceled, or still waiting?”
See the appointment statuses for the period you ask about, with canceled work called out rather than folded into active bookings.
“Which customer tickets are still open?”
Find recorded customer issues, read what each ticket says, and see which ones still need a response.
“Which past appointments still say Waiting, and who was assigned?”
Spot bookings whose recorded status has not moved on. A schedule and status alone do not prove when a worker actually arrived.
Wingman can prepare supported tasks and updates as well as answer questions. It shows you the action first, then carries it out when you confirm.
Ask for a status, an answer, or a change in plain language.
Check the customer, worker, date and other details in the review card.
Wingman runs the supported action and reports what actually happened.
Review before it happens
Wingman helps you work across the BizBaby areas in your plan. It can read the records it is allowed to use, explain what it found, and prepare supported operational changes for review.
Estimates, invoices, payments and refunds can be discussed, but Wingman does not change those financial records.
When you are unsure which page or setting to use, ask Wingman in the same chat. For Appointments, it reads a verified page guide and walks you through the actual labels and clicks. The guide appears only when you ask how to use the page; it does not crowd every business answer.
Appointments guide availableIf you would rather ask Wingman to make a supported change, it prepares a separate review card. You check the details and confirm before anything changes.

Owners and admins can use Wingman on active Essential, Premium and Growth businesses when it is enabled. Wingman AI interactions are recorded for testing but carry no Wingman AI charge during Beta. Normal rates for other services, such as texts, email and storage, still apply when those services are used.
Ask about sales and payments, appointment counts and statuses, work still waiting, and recorded customer tickets. Give a date range. Wingman names the records it used and tells you if it could see only part of the result.
Yes. Ask how to use Appointments and Wingman can explain the list, calendar, warnings, and where to change online booking hours using its verified page guide. It explains the steps in chat; it does not silently click settings for you.
No. The AI Receptionist helps answer customer calls and messages. Wingman is a private business chat for owners and admins to understand the work and prepare the next step.
It can prepare supported operational changes, such as creating a task, updating a customer, rescheduling an appointment, or submitting a support ticket. You review the proposed details and select Confirm changes before it runs.
Wingman can answer questions about sales, appointments, jobs, customers and recorded customer tickets using the BizBaby information available to your business. It can also explain the Appointments page and its settings when you ask how to use them. If it cannot access a record or complete a request, it should tell you what is missing rather than guess.
Wingman AI interactions are free during Beta, with usage recorded for testing. Other usage-priced services on BizBaby keep their normal rates when used.
Start by asking what happened this week. Then ask what needs attention, how to use Appointments, or which supported change to prepare next.
