Sync customers, book appointments, send invoices and read your numbers from your own software. The BizBaby API gives your business secure, permission-based access to the same records you run every day.
What this credential can do
# Your software asks for customers named “Jordan” { "data": [{ "id": 90317, "name": "Jordan Lee", "phone": "(206) 555-0123" }], "meta": { "page": 1, "total": 1 } }

Actions follow your BizBaby plan and team roles. A feature your plan doesn't include stays off in the API too.
The API is for the jobs your team now does by hand: moving the same customer, booking or invoice from one system into another.
Show the openings a service really has, let customers pick a time, and create the appointment in BizBaby. The slot is checked again the moment you book.
Create and update customers from the software your office already uses, and read balances before anyone calls about a bill.
Pull collected sales, financial summaries and territory results into the spreadsheet or dashboard your team checks every morning.
Every connection is tied to one business, limited to the areas chosen when it was made, and every call is recorded.
A credential can only do what was ticked when it was made. Reading customers does not mean changing invoices.
Every call is checked against the business that made the credential. It can never reach a second company.
Access tokens expire after 15 minutes. Each credential lasts up to 90 days, then you create a new one.
Revoke a credential and software using it stops at once. Create a new one whenever you need it.
A change that's sent twice is recognised, so a retry never books the same job twice.
Each call gets a reference number support can look up. Passwords and keys are never stored in the record.
Businesses on BizBaby. A credential works only for the business that creates it, so it can't be used to reach anyone else's records.
Only the business that created it, and only the areas ticked when it was made. It cannot reach another business, even with a different address.
Yes. An action your plan doesn't include, or one the person who made the credential couldn't do in BizBaby, is refused in the API too.
Access tokens last 15 minutes and your software refreshes them. Each credential lasts up to 90 days, then you create a new one.
Yes. Whoever created it can revoke it in BizBaby; software using it stops at once. A new credential can be created whenever you need.
Not yet. To pick up changes, read the lists you need; most can be filtered and paged.
Start with BizBaby, then plug in the software your team already uses.
